Return and Refund Policy - Lebois Racing Store

Thank you for choosing Lebois Racing for your sim racing simulator. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

Return Process

Contact us : Before returning your item, please contact us here for a return authorization and return instructions.
Shipping the item: Once your return has been authorized, you can send the item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection and processing: Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days.

If you have not received a refund after this time, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to damage caused by misuse or accident.

If your product has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Should a defect appear beyond this warranty period, please contact us so that we can offer you a cost-effective solution.
